We have for sale a lovely, original example of the last and the "best" of the Series 3 full luxury pack salooons. This Australian delivered and complianced vehicle has climate control air conditioning, cruise control, trip computer, steel sunroof, pepperpot alloys and is fitted with a factory pioneer stereo and remote,tool kit and Owners Books. Tailored mats protect the dash and parcel shelf. |

The body is clean and straight and the paintwork is excellent having recently been retouched and polished.The interior is in excellent original order, with minimal wear on leather and carpets.Woodwork has only some slight blemishes and no cracks. The headlining and sunroof panel has recently been retrimmed. |

Mechanically this vehicle is very sound. The engine has recently been overhauled and runs quietly with good oil pressure and temperature. Various other suspension wear and tear items have been replaced and the vehicle is delivered with a current RWC and everything in working order.

Many improvements over the past few years have included a new genuine timber dash, new tyres, radiator, new exhaust and brakes. Only driven on weekends, it now has to be sold as I no longer have access to the garage. It has no body structural rust and has a good automatic gearbox. It is a solid car which handles well and is a pleasure to drive. Although based on the stylish Jaguar Series 3 body, it has lots of nice Daimler touches including stainless steel wheel trims. The paintwork and trim are in good general condition, as are the electric windows , heater and airconditioning. The price has been further reduced to sell it quickly, and the special black and white plates "DBL SIX" are included in the deal ! |
